How much were you awarded? If it less than £5000.00 you can issue a warrant for your judgment. Use the link below to download the form. There is a fee payable of £55.00 if your claim is over £125.00 and £35.00 if it less than this amount. Good Luck x

the bailiffs havnt been in yet ! i was getting mixed up! the decree has been sent in registered delivery and they were given until fri last week to put the money back in my account. they havent:mad:
so tommorrow im paying 34 quid so sherriff officers can get me my cash back? how does that work?? and when can i expect my cash?0 -
I suggest you ask them when you pay your £34, they are the ones that will know.0

Sorry but if you know nothing, then we know even less so I don't see how anyone can help.
From the courts FAQ though it does say at least 14 days after issuing a warrant before it will be served.
