The Search Function not working [Merged]

... doesn't appear to be working.

I am getting no results when I search for words that are definitely there!
Gone ... or have I?

  • Hi when i type something in the search option it keeps saying that it can not be found, no matter what i type in, normally i type in lush to find that thread and it says can not be found, it won't find anything. Is anyone else having this problem, its only started today.

    It's probably going to be down all weekend unfortunately. We've had new servers fitted in the last day or so to help with the capacity issues, but the search has had to go off as part of the integration

    Ive still been able to search teh site using google, for example:

    another way of searching is using google and it looks like that way is still working? type in google box whatever you would have searched for using the MSE search facililty, but follow this with- site:moneysavingexpert.com, for example I just typed into google: compers inn part 2 site:moneysavingexpert.com
    just tried it and it was working this way
