You could make an omelette with the eggs and onion and maybe the cheese, that is what we are having, though I have rather more than a lettuce for the side salad;)

Funny you should mention you have a cold and ate pineapple. My son reckons when he is starting with a cold, he eats a fresh pineapple and it disappears.

    In my fridge I have..

    Onions
    beetroot
    carrots
    tomatoes
    cucumber
    garlic
    kiwi fruit
    new potatoes
    sliced ham
    cheese
opened jars.. seafood sauce/cranberry sauce/pickle.. so we know which to use first!
    Margarine & butter
    eggs
    homeopathic remedies.
    milk
    yeast
and last nights left overs for my lunch today or tomorrow

I always have bread in.. homemade of course for sandwiches. We always have a full fruit bowl.. which the chillies can dip into at any time.. apart from the half hour before I cook dinner.

I don't buy biscuits or crisps.. unless they are for packed lunches so they don't have more than 5 packets a week. If we have available bickies they too are homemade.. ditto cakes and buns.

Come to think on it.. I might do them a cake for after dinner tomorrow.. after the week we've had they deserve one!
