Havent got one, but it is easiest to daiy chain the boxes using scart leads.

Feed the Sky+ TV out into the DVD input and the DVD output (TV) into the tv. That should get you started and to be able record from what you are watching or archive from the recordings stored on the Sky+.

Otherwise read up your TV instructions as to what the different scarts on the TV will allow. Treat the DVD recorder the same as you would use a VHS tape recorder, the only difference is the media it records on.

    Many thanks dc.
Spent far too much time on my knees trying to sort out. I had missed the scart to TV and had only used aerial lead from DVD to TV.
When I did that, could only see DVD set up screen with Sky box turned off.
I'll have a go at your instructions.

    Thanks again.

It's not excluded from the 30-day back guarantee, so as long as you bought it less than 30 days ago, there shouldn't be a problem. :)

I've got it, and it is pretty big.

You need to put the vhs recorder into the dvd recorder and then plug your dvd recorder into the tv, play the vhs then press record on the dvd recorder, this way you can watch what your recoding and edit it so you can miss out chunks that you dont wanna keep. My wife did the videos of our kids when they were small, but we have kept the original tapes, and if its any help you can record straight off your camcorder if you use the red, yellow & white leads, hope this helps
