Hey jacs, if it makes you feel any better, on live 8 day I was working on a festival and we had a massive screen to watch the live 8 show when we weren't on stage. Now, at the time I was a size 6 and weighed 7 stone. I wore a smock top that day and someone offered me a seat because standing while pregnant in that heat wouldn't do me any good. So, blame the top honey, i did
Just blame the fact that you were so slim and beautiful, then even a sandwich would have shown up as an untoward bulge.

Another job applied for -at the Council again! Personnel Officer working in HR, 26 hours a week, contract to March 2009. They'll be thinking I'm stalking the organisation soon!! :rotfl: It closes 2 days before I go on holiday so fingers crossed the interviews are after I get back.

Well my bit of news is that I received a Visa bill today. Or more accurately, a change to my terms and conditions. Virtually all of it was to do with fees. Erm... is it OK if I retract a little tiny bit of my previous Valentines Day cynicism? Met OH for a drink after work - we usually do a couple of times a week, we don't get as much time together as we should for various reasons, so it's good to just catch up for a couple of hours - never thought for one minute he'd said to meet up tonight because of the day (last year at this time we were going through a particularly hard patch and V Day wasn't even mentioned, not even in a jokey way!). Anyway, we sorta lightheartedely said 'Happy Valentines' and didn't think any more about it until I was on my way home and I got a text saying 'look in your bag'... only to find he'd sneaked a card in when I wasn't looking! He said he couldn't let it pass without doing anything... I had a little cry standing at the bus stop, god knows what everyone else in the queue thought!!!
