    Hey Hey! Morning.. jeez you work hard!!

    I'm off to a place called Flamborough Head today, on the coast, it's a nice day and helps lift my depression a bit being out in the sun.. Woo!

    Starting a 'proper' diet today! haha - i need to lose a bit before the summer, so no bacon butties for me.. dammit!

    I think going docs would be a good idea, just to see what he says really.. x

    oh this is the real diet then is it. was the one on friday just a practise one?

    I've seen the lolcats on another website. there brilliant.

    went to shop at 7.30 it was -3 outside, 0 at the bottom of the stairs, have you read the anal bleaching thread i nearly pi**ed myself when i read that

    Sounda as if you feel a little less hopeless than you did before? Be careful with the overtime as too much work & no play is a sure recipe for the blues! Great for debtbusting though!! Why dont you start a diary to track your day to day!! Keep up the good work!!
