I don't think this thread has helped!!!!!

Although it brings to our attention there might be A change - no one seems to know for sure exactly WHAT that change is and how it effects people's current situation (ie is it the same as the old rule about same surnames same households being fine or does this now change this)

As Martin (or MSE Natasha) posted this and obviously gleamed the information from somewhere, maybe they could consult their source and find out exactly what the implications are first? - before panic and confusion ensues!

That is the one thing wrong with MSE, we all take the advise from the "experts" but they never follow up when there are problems/queries with their recommendations!!!!!!!!!

I had never sent away for clubcard deals before untill last week,
I ordered them at 3 pm on wednesday and had them on thursday morning

The thing that baffled me though is i ordered days out tokens and nowhere on them does it say a name,so why couldn't i get my brothers ones, turn them into days out vouchers and use them in the same transaction as my ones

We have me, wife and eldest daughter registered at same address but on different cards. Each quarter we each get mailing details and extra point coupons but when it comes to ordering deal tokens we just simply order them in the name of who wants them and use the codes of the vouchers which will expire soonest. Will this all change with these new rules? (So many "yes, but..." and "what ifs ....."

Has anyone actually seen this on the Tesco site or had word from Tesco that this is changing or is it just a wild rumour (hopefully??)

I called Tesco last night and they informed me that there were no changes being made and that me and my partner would still be able to use our coupons together even though we live at different addresses and have different surnames, so does anyone know exactly what is going on?

  • I did a web order for some days out vouchers yesterday (31st March) and it was rejected as i tried to use one voucher from my mother in law and 2 of ours.

Had a nice email this morning asking me to call them. Her points were refunded back to her clubcard and would be available to her in the May statement, i had the choice to cancel the order or to add another of our vouchers to it.
