I tried using my dads voucher on my account and the sa said i couldnt use it i would need his clubcard.
  • I've used hubby's and my seperate vouchers together, but we have same surname and same address.
I think I'll look into getting us getting 2 cards on one
    account.

Anyone had any experience of using vouchers from different accounts on Eurostar deals? You can no longer use clubcard vouchers for Eurostar travel after 31 May, and you have to have redeemed the vouchers by 16 April. I am just £1 short of vouchers to get 2 Eurostar returns (been saving for ages), and the next mailing won't be out till May. I called the Clubcard line and they said that I couldn't pay the difference, plus I couldn't use anyone else's vouchers to top it up. I wonder if it would be worth me trying one of my mum's vouchers and see if it works - we have the same surname but different addresses.
  • people with questions above - you ought contact clubcard - who would know better? :-)
    Friendly greeting!

Has your mum not got enough for you to order one from her deals? I think if you order through your account with her voucher no it will flag up and you'll get a call but I think we've had this over on paidtoshop (great site!!:D ) and I think the answer is to temporarily change her address online to your address then put her voucher code through with yours on your online order and it should be ok then because the addresses are the same.
    Hope that makes sense!! :)
  • Contrary to what we're advised to do I ALWAYS have to spend my Clubcard vouchers instore because none of the Deals interest me!! So come on Tesco-come up with some new Deals please so I can get 4 times the voucher value too.

I had always thought that you had to be the named person and use your clubcard with your vouchers anyway.

Last year someone I believed to be a friend stole at £20 voucher from my house and spent it with their clubcard. Several phonecalls to tesco customer services confirmed it had been spent. at first I thought I may have shredded it by mistake.

I'm glad tesco are changing the policy to protect others from mis-using vouchers.

And what happens with people who've registered the cat/dog/hamster whatever at their house or all 3? Are we saying that anyone/anything with the same surname at the same address will still be ok to club together?

I haven't had a Clubcard mailing since November and the site is telling me too that the next one is in May, so I'm expecting one to land on my doormat any day now, as they're meant to be quarterly. The same should apply to you, unless you've just received one in the last week or two. Hopefully that will tip you over the threshold!
