To me 4.5 down to 4 doesn't seem that much and as someone pointed out its a loss of 2p a week 8p in total (I couldn't count earlier on)

I guess in reality neither values seem that much for what you have to do but after speaking to Kantar about how crap the service is in my area I still want to be a part of it as if it highlights the problem even more hopefully something will get done about it.

its not really a loss of 2p a week tho its 2 letters cos the 4 big ones will only do 4 letters where the 6 small did 6 letters im sure ill get a build up at some point its just i have been using them all so far and was hoping to save a few for xmas im still happy to do it dont get me wrong just crap that they do this without giving u a choice never mind the show must go on heehee !
    :T I love MSE ! :j

They (rm surveys) mentioned about feedback being the reason for the change, what feedback?!!!!! no one asked me my views, and going by the response with fellow posters, no one has asked your opinions.

My last post may come across as being ungrateful, I'm not, it would have been nice if they (rm surveys) did proper research into what panellists would prefer.

I read this and have already e-mailed asking if I could stay the way I am if possible. Maybe if we all did that they would leave it as it is, as for me this would be a waste as I would not use them.
When companies decide to change something then that is that, you just need to look at what certain Governments across the world do to see what I mean. (Not mentioning any in particular).

I have had the same reply as above, to which I have replied who did they get the feedback from as I did not get asked. I said I hoped they did not mind me asking but that could they not let us pick how we would like to get our stamps. After all you don't know till you try.
Thanks for any help and advice given

  • The company should update the list but if you look at the FAQ it tells you to send them back (which seems silly since they sent them you) I suggest you email them and see what they suggest...
Many thanks Scottishlass. I appreciate the time you have made to clear this up for me.

I'm guessing they may have asked a selected few...I've recently been contacted about my views for another part of the site so I'm guessing they get good feed back from that they will make the changes there as well....
