You normally get them the last week of everymonth.
The latest stamps were with last weeks posting packs.

You could drop them and e-mail to confirm

Good morning all.
I'm new to the board and been with the scheme for a number of weeks. I have a slight problem with SMARTS. Currently I have received two SMARTS through the post from other participants. And now have recieved two from the company with my new schedule. One of the SMARTS from the other participants was requested to be returned to the company and has now disappeared off my list. But now how do I mark the two new SMARTS from the company as having been received and in my stock?

Just had a reply to say they should have been in this weeks pack & to email back if not there so I have replied to that, hopefully I'll get them soon now.

Have you all seen that they've changed the stamps we're getting? Now we're only getting 12 1st and 4 large letter ones. I've emailed them to say I'm not happy!

i got a book of 12 1st and a book of 6 1st whats the large letter ones ?

You'll still get the 12 1st but the book of 6 1st class ones is being replaced with 4 stamps for larger envelopes, so basically you'll get 2 fewer stamps from now unless we can change their minds back to what we were getting
