When you prepare the item, it will ask you online which smart you have included with which letter, then they will know
Hi Lannyloo.
Thank you for replying. At the moment the two new SMARTS from the company are not in my list of current SMARTS in stock. Does that mean the company will update my list or do I have to input them as received without a test letter/item being received?
Thanks again for your help.

I've emailed them as well, so we will see if we can get them to change it back!

Have also emailed them, hope they change their mind.0

MY REPLY LOOKS LIKE THE BIG STAMPS ARE HERE TO STAY
Thank you for your feedback concerning our upcoming change to the
incentives stamps we offer to panellists on the Royal Mail survey. In
response to feedback received from our panel members and in line with
the recent changes to the Royal Mail pricing policy, we are pleased to
make the change to include four Large Letter stamps as part of the
incentives . We are unable to implement this change on an individual
basis and sincerely hope that it will be of positive benefit to all of
our panellists when sending birthday cards etc. We will as ever, review
this change in due course to ensure that it has proved satisfactory with
the majority of our panel. Once again, many thanks for your valuable
feedback which we are always grateful to receive.
Kind regards,:T I love MSE ! :j0 -

The company should update the list but if you look at the FAQ it tells you to send them back (which seems silly since they sent them you) I suggest you email them and see what they suggest...SMARTs:
There have been a few queries this week regarding the SMART process, here are the highlights
[*]If the schedule is asking you to "Add SMART" but you have no SMARTs in stock then please send the item without a SMART and let us know by selecting "None added" from the drop down menu online
[*]If you have any Smarts which do not appear in your stock list and you do not need them to add to items showing on your posting schedule, then please return them to us in a SMART return envelope as we will need to re process them for you
[*]If you have SMARTs which according to your stock list are allocated or associated to items you do not recognise, please return them to us in a SMART return envelope as you will not be able to use these SMARTs in other items.
[*]If you have SMARTs showing in your stock list but do not have them, please do not worry. Once the system updates they will disappear from your stock list
[*]If you are returning any SMARTs to us which do not have the status "Return to RI" you will be unable to enter details of the returns in the section "Return Smart to RI". Please do not worry, this section is only for Smarts which have a status "Return to RI"
[*]Look out for any SMARTs which have a status of "Return to RI" and please return them to us in a SMART return envelope as soon as possible, as this helps us to keep all SMARTs circulating2020 Mortgage-Free Wannabes #20 £1495.03/£2760 OP0 -
i said in the first place the ammount of letters they get you do to take alot of time and 2 stamps doesnt sound many to loose but it is when u think its only 4 a week now espesh if you need to travel to a po ! never mind they might change back if more complain:T I love MSE ! :j0

I just explained to them that those wanting the large stamps can always add on to the ones we used to get to get up to the right amount of postage, i cant rip bits off to gain the extra stamps that they've taken away, hopefully they'll see the light at some point before the next stamp run and stop this and put it backJust become FTBs & Aiming to be mortgage free by 2034

To me 4.5 down to 4 doesn't seem that much and as someone pointed out its a loss of 2p a week 8p in total (I couldn't count earlier on)
I guess in reality neither values seem that much for what you have to do but after speaking to Kantar about how crap the service is in my area I still want to be a part of it as if it highlights the problem even more hopefully something will get done about it.2020 Mortgage-Free Wannabes #20 £1495.03/£2760 OP0 -
I have just recieved the same reply. I was planning to sell some of mine on ebay, but dont think the large letter ones will sell as much as the normal 1st class ones.0
