Fed up of postie? Help is here... (merged)

I had two posting packs through today. One included a covering letter saying I've been "selected to send a different test item", a test item and a book of 12 stamps. The other posting pack is the usual one, but no stamps! Anyone had anything similar happen?

Yes, i get this a lot.
The send you extra stamps for doing the one extra posting.
You still get your normal 12 + 6 stamps during the month but these are a bonus for the extra posting.

i always take out the paper less one sheet and you it for scrap paper

Have tried to join this scheme and even emailed the company but I can't because the block I live in has a time lock on the front door. We have just had it changed to 1.30 because the postman complained that he is often too late for the standard time of midday.
However, I am sure quite a fair bit of my post goes missing (sadly never the bills!) but as I can only chase up things which have proof of posting then I cant do anything about it.
So - do I give up ever sending for anything or carry on and hope the post person allows me occasional mail?!

i signed up about 6 weeks ago,i got email etc from them and as yet no mail,free stamps etc arrived for me,is there anything i have missed on site which i should have done,i registered one post box

I just signed up for this - hope I hear back from them as I could always do with more stamps!

Have you received any training pack, with some sample items to send back to them?

Getting a runtime error message so not sure if it's my computer !

Yeah, I'm having the same problem . Thought it was my PC, but it was the same on Firefox and Internet Explorer!
