The large plastic bag is for the weekly return of items received.
The smaller (shielded) plastic bag is for the return of Smarts if any are requested for return to base.
Smarts are a small plastic packet containing bits of paper including a large visible 4-letter code, and an RFID tag. You will start receiving these in postal items shortly, and then you will start being asked to include them in items you send out.
All these questions, and many others, are answered throughout this thread - have a read back, it may answer any other questions you have!:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls
