If you haven't got any smart: when you select the item on he posting section online select no smart added.

I have to send 5 items with smarts next week even though i have none in stock and i got my stamps today, but it was only 12?!0

Smarts are sent to you from other panel members. If you havent got any in stock, when completing the info on the website,select none for smart, it then updates their system and when you look back at your daily tasks it will show no smart added.
Ive sent quite a few letters to people who dont live far away from me, its so they can monitor how Royal Mail is working in that particular order. I had a phone call from Kantar last week, and the bloke told me theres been a number of problems within my area with letters not arriving, and so for this next week, most of my letters are for my area.0 -

I need to enter the R number, where can I find this on my training pack? I assumed it was the R number on the sticky labels so I put in 0000 and it didnt work?0
