It says on the sticky label:

R0000
Small White
Hand Writen Address
Stamped 1st

I'm guessing the R number in this case is 0000? But I tried entering that online and it did not register

Please enter a 4 digit numeric Receiver Item Number

Anyone else know the solution or shall I e-mail the surveyors?

Yes, it's the training pack sent by Kantor to help me into the mailing system.

That solves it then

The training pack doesn't need to be entered as an item recieved.

The item you enter as recieved are the ones sent from other panelists through the post with your test initals on and not from kantar in the big brown envelope. The test item you post according to your posting schedule and enter it as posted though the website on the posting section.

Just to let everyone know that has been enquiring about stamps!! I received mine in my posting pack this morning(Wed) so they are maybe sending them out in this weeks packs for everyone?!? I did notice on the site the other day they had put the date for the stamps back a week or so!! So hopefully everyone will get there stamps soon!:D
I also started getting the Hello magazine 2 weeks ago so i am chuffed to bits!! When i register it on the system it offers me 2 choices Hello and The Prescriber(or something like that!!) So i wonder if i am going to be getting the prescriber as well? I'm more than pleased with the 1 i'm getting though!! The last 3 weeks i have also had an extra letter to post and for doing it i get an extra book of 12 1st class! So good stuff eh? I just don't know what to do with the 160 odd or so stamps i've got! But hey it won't last forever eh!!
Hope everyone else is getting on ok! It is a great survey scheme eh!;)
