    right... im doing the misdeliveries survey and have a question...
    When i recieve test items and other stuff from kantar do i write them down too? and do i still inputtest items recieved online too?

    I got a letter the other week that had no postage on as well but the letter was just put through the door!

    No i havent, but if its a test item get in touch with qantar and im sure theyll reimburse
