    right... im doing the misdeliveries survey and have a question...
    When i recieve test items and other stuff from kantar do i write them down too? and do i still inputtest items recieved online too?

    Has anyone ever received a test item that has no postage put on it? (ie. you've had to pay the handling fee and postage)

    No i havent, but if its a test item get in touch with qantar and im sure theyll reimburse
