  • I have 2 to post next week.

I also haven't got any smarts at the moment - I usually have 5-6 in stock. Will wait till tmrw and see if postie brings the pack - if not I will contact them as well.

I havn't had my pack either, I had 2 items to post, one tomorrow and one Wednesday on the schedule, but now have nothing on my schedule. I fear I am about to get the dropped email!!!!

I'll be a bit gutted actually as this was such a great find, was very easy for me to do on the school run, and I bet once I had got to the part where I would be recieving mail to record, they would soon see there is a problem with my road. grrrr.

On a positive note, perhaps it's a temporary glitch?!

I have so far got mine a little bit in advance (only done the two weeks of training so far) and it was all normal and on my schedule that I would have the same two to post out this week but nothing arrived to send out, and now the fact there is nothing on my schedule for this week or anything else in advance that i am getting a bit worried! not having very much luck with this type of thing anymore!

Maybe they are having another mass exodus of panel members
  • Well currently the posting plan part of the site looks broken too me (error message coming up) hopefully they'll fix it soon.

No probs here, the next few weeks are showing
  • I am new to the forum and i just want to say that as a postman i welcome this sort of scheme. I work as the local postie in my village and i do get some mail to deliver that has been "damaged". You must remember that the mail passes through many hands before it reaches your letterbox so pointing the finger at your postie because he/she is the person you see delivering is a bit unfair. I am an honest person and as such believe that any scheme to rid Royal Mail of stealing or dishonesty is a good thing, i just wanted to let you know that not all posties are like this thread makes them out and i will carry on providing a good and friendly service in the village where i work. Regards, PP.

Well - I do the survey and have no cmplaints about our postman - maybe I'm in the minority...

  • Has anyone ever received a test item that has no postage put on it? (ie. you've had to pay the handling fee and postage)

Yes i had an underpaid item and had to pay over a £1 but i just emailed the survey team and they sent out stamps to the value.
