I received a note from postie saying they had an item with insufficent postage on, when i paid the £1.13 it turned out it was one of the survey items:mad:, anyway i emailed them and they have kindly sent me stamps out to cover cost. Phew!:D

I'm, meant to post two items tomorrow and the list says to add smarts but I have none in my posession currently. Should I still send without the smart?

I am supposed to post 2 letters on Wednesday with smarts I have none in stock, I clicked on the item I have to post and it said no smart needed now, either they are not using many smarts at the moment or it knew I had none in stock.

It will know that you havent got any in stock, as when you receive items with smarts, you have to input them.

Then when posting items, you can only choose smarts you have

I was asked to return some SMARTS to them, but when I went online to try to return them the system won't let me... anyone else had this problem?

  • I've just logged in to try and recommend a friend to do this, but the list that used to be there of all the postcodes they were seeking people for is missing?

    Is it just me?

    Dear Panellist,

Thank you for your recent participation in the Royal Mail survey conducted by Research International, your contribution has been invaluable.
As you may be aware, we are commissioned by Royal Mail to measure the quality of their service in specific postcode areas, however at present we have more than the required number of panellists in your postcode and unfortunately this means we need to remove you from the panel . We will keep your details on our "Reserve" list in case a space becomes available in your area at which time we would contact you again to see if you are still interested in helping with the survey.
Please do not worry about posting or completing information online for any items you may still have or may receive in the near future. If you can return any packs or items that you receive from us, we would be most grateful. If you need any pre-paid return envelopes sending to you, please request some via our website by clicking on “Request Stationery” on the toolbar at top of the page.
If you have any questions please call our Freephone Helpline number, or send us an email. Please tell the operator that you are helping with the ‘Royal Mail Postal Survey’.
Once again, thank you for your participation and support with the project.
    Yours Sincerely

    Postal Survey Team
