I've had this before and turns out the R number was on the page which was glued into the envelope (think it was from vechile licensing). If it won't let you enter a smart means you can't send it out so you could return it to them in a smart envelope

Thanks, thought I'd pointed out this bit myself. Haven't had one that was glued in, but thats a bit unhelpful isn't it!

I signed up for this, got my welcome pack, 18 stamps, posted 2 letters then got an email saying I was no longer required... Not too disappointed, getting "paid" 9 stamps per letter when the post box is at the end of my street can't be a bad thing!

I'm, meant to post two items tomorrow and the list says to add smarts but I have none in my posession currently. Should I still send without the smart?

Yes send it without. When you enter the information on the site, it will ask you to log which smart you have added in the envelope, just enter none

Anyone else going through a 'quiet time' ?

I've had only one letter to post each week for the last few weeks and now i've got 12 days before i post my next letter.
Not recieved much either, maybe one or two a week.
Some weeks ago it was manic and i could barely keep up.:rolleyes:
