    Hi,

Can anyone tell me if they have ever managed to get a reply to an email they have sent to research international or get through on the phone?

I sent them an email at the end of March explaining that I was moving house (giving them my new address etc). Since then I haven't received anything at my new address and further emails have got no replies, when I ring the phone line is always busy.

I have a horrible feeling that post from them is piling up at my old address!

    Thanks

Ive never emailed them but have always got through 1st time on the phone, and theyve always been more than helpful

I emailed them as they wanted me to post on a Sunday and Monday was a local holiday here in Aberdeen(about 2 weeks ago)i posted it anyway but i was worried i'd get struck off for doing it wrong!!:o and they said that they intentionally ask people to post the day before a bank holiday to see how long it takes for post to get back to normal!! Anyway i emailed them on the Sunday and got a reply on the Monday pm so that was ok i thought!:) That is the only time i've had to contact them so far!!
Thanks to everyone that has gave me advise on this page! I will let you know if i get accepted after my trial!!;)

If I use hotmail or yahoo to email it takes anything up to a fortnight to reply. AOL takes a day maximum. No idea why.

I use a freeserve account and an email normally takes 48 hours to come back to me

I usually get a reply within a few hours when i email them.
I have been with them for about 3 months now and some weeks i only have one letter to post, other weeks about 4. I pass a couple of postboxes on my way to my daughters school twice a day so its not even out of my way.

    ooo :(

just saw an email to say I was removed from the panel - and was put on reserve list.... i didn't even had the opportunity to send my first week training stuff ...

"Please do not worry about posting or completing information online for any items you may still have or may receive in the near future. If you can use any of the stationery for your own use then please do."

oh well, very pleased about the stamped anyway - but i wanted to send these letters - they've been all ready with label, handwriting etc for about a week now :o

Thought I would just let you all know that I have been doing this a while now and am very happy.
I have had two surveys to do which I have got £6 in vouchers for and I have also just won the daily prize, so another £10 in vouchers. I have had my normal stamp plus the James Bond ones, so feel for what I do this is a good deal.

Hope those that have been put on the reserve list get their chance soon as it's worth doing. As I have said before I do this because of al the problems I have had with my mail, not for the stamps, I find doing it for a reason and not just for getting something I don't feel I am doing it for nothing like I have seen a very few have said.
Thanks for any help and advice given
