As always thank you for your continued participation in our survey.
Your feedback is important to us so please do continue to provide feedback which will enable us to continually improve our website.

FYI Just logged on to the website and on the log-in screen it says this:

" Please note that the scheduled improvements to the website (Monday 9th June -5pm) have been delayed and we will update you on a new release date - Postal Survey Team "

Hopefully wont be too long a wait, its about time they sorted the website out a bit!!

Just received info pack....s bit of bed time reading!
  • I'm v upset, I've had a phone call from one of my ebay buyers, an item I posted a couple of days ago has arrived in a RM plastic bag, with envelope, apology and packing slip but minus item.
She has been to the post office and they've told her to fill in a complaint form and that they'll look into it which will take 3 MONTHS!!!!!!! They are not saying they will give her the money back either, but she said its not my fault, and to wait and see what happens, not to refund her at the moment.
I thought it was the poster who had to claim but she's been told to do it, I've agreed to scan and email the certificate of posting.

I'm certain it was packed ok as I'm always really careful. I used a different post office to normal, so I will be very interested to see if the other 3 items that went at the same time were ok.

    Cheers
    Cbm

I was accepted for the Royal Mail survey in early May and had two weeks where I returned mail and then nothing for two weeks so I sent an e mail asking why. I have been told they have realized they have someone in this post code on the survey so I am on the reserve list. Will I have to wait whilst this person leaves? Very disappointed.

Is anyone on this getting junk mail?

I recevied an item today, addressed with the first test inital but not the second one, and it has the address that only Research International use which seems to duplicate the first line of my address, but its not a test item. Its a credit card application, that says ive been pre-approved from Alliance and Leicester, so this makes me think they must be selling our data for marketing!?!

Well silly me, I used my actual initials as my test initials, but no-one ever addresses stuff to me using both initials & my married name, then I got 2 of those Xmas catalogues & 2 Studio catalogues (with both initials with my married name) - I logged them as part of the research but according to the folks on another thread, they got them on the same day and they aren't doing this research

It could be a test item as no one knows who's doing the test items.
I've had them from banks as well and a whole range of companies.

All the test items clearly say they are test items, even the ones ive had from HMRC say they are test items, this has the form pre-filled in for you to send back, and comes with card T&Cs etc. the only thing that distinguishes this from normal junk mail is the incorrect name...

Theres also no R code or even the page it would normally be on...

I have had test items from Natures Range with Test initals but no R number at all and i did check and it was a test item.
Not all test items from companies will have R number on.
