Well, i always put mine in the post box, but i agree, you do sometimes have to scrumple it up. I had a couple of large, padded envelopes in there. The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter0

I think the whole system is a bit flawed. From what I've read (and slightly sour grapes from the rejection email I got yesterday after I completed my first weeks tasks?
) it seems they really do not know what they are doing....Surely they know when you sign-up which post boxes they need and can make a decision there and then?
I had written it off as just being unlucky when I got next weeks mailings in todays post, and was a little tempted to complete them and see what happened  but got another rejection email (exactly the same as yesterdays) ...now I'm not sure whether to send the pack back or not?!?
Well at least I got a few stamps out of it, either way.:DGive a man a fire and he's warm for the day. But set fire to him and he's warm for the rest of his life. - Terry Pratchett, Discworld

I think whats happened is that they sent this email out when the site did go down, can't remeber now i think it was monday, when they were flooded and i think they sent it all in one go and somehow some of us may not have recieved that email then and gradually it is filtered through to us, i recieved this email today to but i didnt recieve it on the monday, i did recieve the email the next day saying the website is running and the explanation for it.
On a slightly different issue when you return back your recieved mail using the plastic envelope do you lot put it in the post box?? I did it for the first time last week and had to scrumple it all up and force it into the box!! Do they expect us to post in the post office?

I read somewhere that someone 'had a go' at them after receiving a rejection email and got this response:We have had a fantastic response from people offering their help on the survey which we are very grateful for, but we have now found that there are some postcode areas where we have too many panellists.
Unfortunately at present the automated recruiting process does not check postcodes against requirements at the point of someone recruiting themselves. However, we are working on a development to our existing system which will analyse new panellist postcodes at the point of recruitment and check them against our existing panel requirements informing recruits at the point of completing the recruitment questionnaire if there is a slot available in their postcode. We hope this development will help prevent any frustration in the future.
Our sincere apologies for any upset caused and thank you for your help on the survey to date.

Invites are back up for the extra survey for £6 of vouchers, some of you did it a while back, what are the vouchers that you get?If you board the wrong train, it is no use running along the corridor in the other direction.
