Under 'Manage My Smarts' there is a 'List SMART's currently in my stock' - you only need to send your SMARTs back if it tells you to return them there (updated weekly)

Otherwise, you will be asked to add your SMARTs to some of the items you are asked to post.

If you need to return SMARTs and don't have a SMART envelope you can always request some by making a 'Stationery requests' though every posting pack I get seems to contain some anyway!

    Regards
    Sunil

Thankyou,i think the Smart envelopes are special brown ones with Smart written on them,i don't seem to get any of them yet.i just get those big plastic envelopes

    Hope this helps you

    Recognising Test items
Please note, any items that you receive with your test initials on are test items and part of the Royal Mail survey you are taking part in, even if they look like magazines or marketing mail. Please process these items the same way as all other items. If none of the issue dates exactly match the issue date displayed on the magazine or letter, then please select "Other". The system will then issue you with a 4 digit code which you will need to write on one of the yellow labels we supply. Please then stick this label to the outside of the magazine or letter before returning it to us in one of our pre paid return envelope For your information we do not sell on any panellists name and address details. The companies that send you these test items are also part of our survey
Thanks for any help and advice given

Had anyone else had this email?? I got it just now, but the site is back on:
    Good Afternoon

Following our earlier e mail to you regarding our data entry site being down we would like to offer the following advice:
    • Please continue to send out the items you are scheduled to send making a note of when and where you sent the item from on your posting schedule.
    • If you are a panelist that uses Smarts, please do not put Smarts into the items you are due to send out until the site is up and running again.
    • When you receive items from other panelists please make a note of the received date on the envelope and enter the details when the site is up and running again. Please keep the Smarts with the received items until you can data enter their details.
As soon as the site is up and running again we will send you an e mail.

For your information the site has been down due to a large burst water main in the SE area of London where our offices are located. The flood caused power outages which have prevented our systems from operating. We hope to get things up and running again as soon as possible.

    Thank you for you patience
    Kind Regards
