Thanks for that. Ive got items to post tomorrow and Weds, and ive already prepared them and inserted the smarts.

Any ideas what i should do?

    Me too.
To add to the other suggestions you could always post it on the same day next week without a problem.
Thats what i plan to do
The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter :(

Ive just rang them back ( i was a little late lol)

The bloke said, the system may be back online by tomorrow, it all depends on whether they are allowed back in the building.

So, to find out if i should post my letters containing smarts, ive got to ring back in the morning.

Once ive done that, ill post on here and let you know what is said, for those that are due to post smarts tomorrow.

    same, and same.

I don't have to post til Friday now so it should (hopefully) be sorted by then.

I don't think it applies to SMARTS that were already posted out today as we weren't given the message til this afternoon, so how were we to know.... wouldn't worry about it.
