Can we put our Smarts back in envelopes again? I haven't recieved confirmation to do this yet. They are piling up. Thank you.

Yes, they should be being sent again.

You might want to check your account and go to Manage my Smarts, then click the List SMART's currently in stock, to make sure you don't have to return any.

You can send them back any time using the smart envelope.
Normally only keep 2 or 3 to make sure i have enough for the next weeks postings. You shoul recieve some each week so shold never really have none in stock.

Thank you re-Smarts. I usually don't stockpile but after I was told not to send Smarts and await message before resending I duly did so. Obviously never recieved the ok message. Thank you all. (tried to send Thanks individualy but couldn't find thanks button on last few emails).Will now send out Smarts.

If you get a magazine sent do you sent it back or just the insert from the front with your details on. Other half is sitting outside in the sunshine reading it. :rotfl:

I think you are supposed to send back the mag too - must admit I am delaying sending back my post because I am enjoying browsing my free issue of Time Out

Re: SMARTs - I am frequently out of stock and quite often SMARTs are supposed to go in items I am sending but I can't...

They told me not to worry about it if you don't have any smarts in stock jus send as normal

Is everyone finding that they have no post to send out this week or next? Am guessing this is because the site went down so catastrophically last week!

My amount of 'post recieved' and 'post to post' :rolleyes: has dropped by loads this last week.
Its quite nice actually. Was all getting a bit manic for a while

I get the TES through this survey every week and I emailed to ask this question as ithe TES is so big it doesn't even fit in the return envelope, they only need the wrapper and the front cover, so enjoy.
