They're really not. I have check that page at 3 times today now, and the rates really are reducing to 6.05% AER. Try force refreshing (Ctrl + F5) the page to see if that does anything to help your viewing situation? It is reported here that ICESAVE have kept their rates at 6.30%

Your Easy Access Savings Account interest rate
As you may be aware, the Bank of England reduced the Base Rate by 0.25% on 6 December 2007 and the interest rate on your Easy Access Savings Account remained unchanged at 6.30% AER*. However, following the further 0.25% reduction on 7 February 2008, the interest rate on your Easy Access Savings Account will be changing. With effect from 15 February 2008 the interest rate will be reduced by 0.25% to 6.05% AER†.
With Icesave you can rest assured you are benefiting from a consistently high interest rate on your Easy Access Savings Account with our guarantee that the AER will exceed the Base Rate by at least 0.25% until 1 October 2009 and thereafter to at least match it until 1 October 2011.
Hurry! Our current Fixed Rate Savings Account rates end soon
With many market commentators forecasting the Base Rate may continue to fall during 2008, why not take the opportunity to guarantee a fixed rate on your savings by opening an Icesave Fixed Rate Savings Account?
Our 1 Year Fixed Rate Savings Account, for example, currently pays a high fixed interest rate of 6.70% AER. These are the last few days that the current interest rates will be available so hurry before they are gone!
It only takes a minute to open a Fixed Rate Savings Account, simply log in and click on the link to open a new Fixed Rate Savings Account.
Yours sincerely

Yup, looks like it 's real - oh well, I was half expecting it, they've been pretty good til now.0

:rotfl:
Might I suggest Icesave have only very recently updated the page, and that some ISPs are still serving an old cached version.
It looks as though Icesave was initially set to hold at 6.3%, but that they've backpeddled on that decision sometime today and are now reducing the rate.
Edit: Screenshot0 -
I did find I was getting the old version of the page even after clearing cache and doing a forced refresh (both IE and Firefox) until I closed and restarted my connection, then after doing a further refresh, it updated.0

Wonder if ICICI will reduce their 6.41% ?0

In all honesty I could not see ICESAVE doing this until ICICI slashed their rates.
I have not received notification yet and I cannot see it on the news page of their website.0
