Is there something wrong with doing that?
I didnt word it nastily or anything like that I simply asked why she had replied with the same answer and what she had said wasnt what the post said.
She's got the hump then because of what you said about leaving feedback, whether she was in the right or wrong over when she posted the item.
Never mention feedback, unless you are mentioning it because it was a really positive deal.
If you leave her bad FB and she does the same, do a follow up/response and say something like :
Seller admits to leaving like for like feedback as you can see!Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
I remeber once writing a polite message to a seller asking if my item was posted as it was a week as I've paid and no item. The response was extrodinary. She said she's waiting to accumulate around 20 items that needs posting and then make a trip to the PO. I got my item after two and a half weeks. Didn't leave any feedback as If I did neutral or neg her I would get a nasty one myself. It did shock me though how she was allwed to trade with such a disaster unrespectful attitude.0

They get away with it because people don't leave feedback.0 -
Hi all thanks for the replies... before I blunder off on one... how did you pay?

Whats usually the outcome of "feedback extortion" complaints?0 -
Sorry but I think that you started the feedback extortion with your comment in the email. Why bother to tell someone that you are going to leave them bad feedback either do it or don't. It could well be that there was a problem with royal mail I have sent 3 items the next day after someone has paid and they didn't receive them for almost 10 days, others have been leaving feedback saying fast post, so not sure whats going on with royal mail. I have no idea what post date was on my parcels as the buyers were very nice about the delay. It would certainly annoy me to receive veiled threats of bad feedback if the postal delay was out of my control. I have had a buyer once make a comment about feedback (when they thought I hadn't discounted postage which I had but they hadn't read their invoice correctly) to which I replied that I didn't think it was necessary to make such a comment and they were actually shamed into apologising.0

It's not just because of that. There were people who were leaving neutrals or negs for this, but I don't think it reduced her sales success big time. If she's offering for sale an item that you can buy anywhere else-yes, more likely her sales will suffer, but what if she offers unique items, collectables say? If you really want it you'll buy it anyway IMHO, despite feedback is saying about her attitute and delivery times. They get away with it because people don't leave feedback.0 -

The reason people are allowed to trade is because buyers still buy regardless!
If this person was already getting neutrals and negs and you still bid you are basically giving them the go ahead to stay trading. The best way to shut poor sellers down is to leave apropriate feedback but then ACT ON IT if poor feedback is still showing.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Anyone know the process for echeque clearing?
I know when an ordinary cheque clears from your account, it doesn't mean it's cleared in the recipient's account. Just wonder if something similar might happen with paypal. Anyone know?My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0
