Personally I'd forward her message to ebay because I woud view that as feedback extortion

I really wouldnt bother with the timescale of her sending the item out, but I would report her reply to you about the feedback situation.

I wasn't sure if you had been curt to her in your email or mentioned feedback yourself first, but if you didn't then go ahead and report.

Still can't fathom out though why you would get a response like that for just pointing out when it was sent

I did mention that i had sent her 2 emails that she had replied the same thing to and not responded- and that would be reflected in Feedback
Is there something wrong with doing that?
I didnt word it nastily or anything like that I simply asked why she had replied with the same answer and what she had said wasnt what the post said.

I would absolutely neg somebody for sending me such a rude, obnoxious and smug reply - not to mention for being a liar. That after I had reported them for feedback extortion, of course.

Absolutely no question whatsoever - they could neg me back, and that'd be one neg I wore as a badge of honour.
