  • Is he happy with those arrangements?
    It doesn't seem very much.

If it is written in about access do you have any financial detail also written in it?
  • Our separation agreement (which stands with the divorce too) says he should pay the £50 but he is refusing to take responsibility for it. It's not as if, i'm walking around in Prada!!!

Sorry posted at the same time.

I would go back to whomever drew up the separation agreement and say that he is not sticking to it.

Nope, he's crap, says if I go after him for more, he'll go on the dole...why oh why did I ever divorce him! I think i'll do a updated budget planner and see how it comes out!
    Hi again Kerry
My ex did exactly that i divorced him (he was an alcholic (SP) 11yrs ago and in 11yrs i have had a total of 126.00 off him as he went on the dole, i have 2 children by him and they get zilch for birthdays/xmas and the csa can't touch him!!
  • Think I'm going to have to, although I think it would cost in legal fees!
  • I always think it's funny, you hear of women clearing men out in a divorce, but how often do you hear of it going the other way!!!
  • You might qualify for help due to being on tax credits etc.

It is worth ringing them up first just to check what you would have to pay and also what they would be able to do.

  • Have just redone the budget and it's come out as only being £18 per week overspending a week, wow, what a difference. I'm going to look into cancelling the gym membership and decreasing my phone bill to see if that will make a difference also combining my land line and broadband. Fingers crossed xx
  • Brilliant!!!! :j :j

I am so glad you can see an improvement.

That's fab Kerry, good luck on cancelling gym and sorting out phones. Hopefully that'll get you back within a budget.
  • I had my land line and broadband separate but have just changed it so am now down to £15.25 over per week!
