I used to have "planahead" and ended up getting free extensions (18 months for 12) year after year when they cancelled the plan. SO why am I dissatisfied? Guess *WHY* I kept on getting a good deal year after year?
Yep - customer services / account management got it wrong; repeatedly; billed me incorrectly; put me on the wrong tariff; lied to me (yep - had to get that one escalated, the call recordings were (I think) checked, and got an apology and the contract cancelled). I would never touch Orange with a bargepole except for free SIMS and Orange Wednesdays unless they did something truly exceptional (and in advance).
As I said to a Renault dealer some years ago after an 8 year old R15TS rusted out underneath me (almost literally) -treat me as a challenge. You say your product is good? Then give me a new car for 7 years, and if after 7 years I found I had liked it I'll pay you for it. For some reason I got taken off their mailing list.....
