oh yeah, and one time i was on benefits for a few weeks. even though i had worked for a year after leaving uni, the benefits office wanted proof i had left uni. the proof got lost in the post, and the uni refused to send again until i had waited 2 weeks for it to turn up, then the benefits office refused to accept this explanation from me, even when i showed them an apologetic letter from Royal Mail Customer Services admitting my house was not listed on their database!0
