hi all,
I had a t-mobile sim come through the post ive tried to use it but its asking me for a subsidy password does anyone know how i get this/ what it is?

This means your mobile phone is locked to a particular network... you need to get it unlocked for it to work.

If I remember rightly, that's the message that locked Motorola's give (Is it a Motorola?) - Often they are harder to unlock than many, so you might be out of luck.

subsidy code means it's locked to a different network, you need to find a shop or market stall that can unlock it for you for a fee, there is no free method

yes its a motorola v360, so you think i need to find someone to unlock it ? if i do that can i still use my old sim?
