We can only speculate - for what it's worth I think that she may have felt (a) better after offloading (b) worse after offloading or (c) the post used up all her courage for the moment. So many posts say "I've been lurking on here for a while" or "I've been reading these boards for some time but never posted before" - so I am sure that if she is still reading, she will have clicked on other messages and may be taking advice and heart from following the journeys of other DFWs.....maybe she doesn't know how to find her original thread? It's not easy at first......

whatever lets all just hope they are well n happy in thier own space. it'd b nice if they came back 2 let us know. but other than that i think we need to send a HUGE mutual hug n let them go.

Hi guys, i am new to this board although have been around other parts of the site for a while, (strange as i have huge debts and escalating financial problems! Thats denial for you!)

Anyway I have just read this thread and the preceding one and if i could just say that i immediately recognized this womans thought process and despair and i too was very glad she had managed to disclose to someone even if it is in 'cyber space' as she called it.
I am certain that this lady was genuine and i truly believe that she has revisited the site and seen your best wishes and excellent advice. Some people (as anonymous as the site is can just not face sharing their issues and shame)

I think you are all excellent and now i have faced up to reading this board will find the courage and determination to come back and seek assistance with my dire situation.

If you are reading i'vehadenough come back and lets get help together, you have made the first staeps and have helped me realise that i cant just block it out.
