Depends how much the voucher is worth. (I have 2 dd's age 3 and 6 I don't get embarassed any more after having these 2!!!!)

At the first sign of trouble I usually say 'strange, that it worked for my friend in another store. I wonder why the till won't accept it?' Or something to that effect, then they usually try it out. Always be nice to them and they will USUALLY be nice back. Unless you get a jobsworth, then I will usually leave the items concerned if they are full price and try again another time. As the chances are it may work again next time with someone else.

But according to the No7 SA in Derby Westfields yesterday they will not be there until the end on the month :eek: (will the GWP still be there though?????) ~ but I had not that SA there before and she was nice so maybe Sunday cover .

Did not see any in Kingsway last Thursday. Not been to the others so cant help there.

( I'm married to a Geordie, but I'm from the other side of the Pennines, and now live down in the soft south) Did you find all your old receipts and ring them up with a big list of points to be added? Incidentally, I've been Bootsing again today (after a whole weekend off, cold-turkey!) and when I put my card in the ACM it came up with a screen saying that points had been added by Customer Services, so it worked!

:hello: hi everyone im fairly new here but im hooked already today i found the courage haha to go and use my illuminating voucher buy another no7 product and get the gwp and it worked :j must say my nerves had gone incase the sa refused but i had no probs what so, even might try again next week, can i just asked with out sounding stupid but is the p&p gift set the pink box ive just got free, sooooooooo much to learn on here and i just get a bit confused
