lol i very rarely used to go to boots! always thought it was too expensive but thats before i knew about glitches, vouchers etc:D only annoying thing is it costs me £3.90 to get to boots so i only tend to go when i need to go into town anyway, about once a month!

good morning all!!!

I am a truebootser im sooooo proud of myself. Not only have i lost 3 pounds this wek in the boots change one thing campaign. I also did my bootsing with my vouchers!!!

Shop 1:-

Spent 5 pounds on 17 plus GWP
Spent 20 pounds on sanctuary 2 GWP and 2 3 pound savers
lots of reduced stuff including bottles of vitamin E body lotion for 25p
and a new 5 pound voucher
No no7 illuminators so didnt bother

Shop 2:-

Spent 5 pounds on 17 plus GWP and 100 points
no7 lipstick, lip liner plus GWP
no illuminator though
and another 5 pound voucher

so how did i do?

Just a tit bit of insider information i received from one of the managers of the stores for those of us who havent found a p&p set in our local stores these boots stores dont intend to put them out until mothers day and also thats when you'll find the best mothers day gifts on the actual day!!! Hope this helps!!!

And also a huge thnk you to week shes been my mentor and now im finally getting to grips and understanding things!!!

The till beeped last week when I used my voucher to get a Dream Lash Mascara; Illuminator; GWP

I handed over the PC £5 off £20 spend first and 'rummaged' through my purse for the others just to make sure they did that one first (as I have had SA's actually line my products up, then check the small print and put the voucher with related products before scanning any :eek: ~ I'm sure some of you know which store I'm talking about :rolleyes: !!!)
It beeped! But after SA read the small print, I was told that its because you get the GWP when you spend £20.00 but the voucher bleeps as it beings the total below the £20.00 so you should not technically get the GWP.
Nice SA said that 'technically' I spent £20.00 on goods so manually put the voucher through for me as a 'voucher'.

But I have read several posts where the SA was not willing to add it manually.

im loking for a consensus with all you ladies (and gents), my question is what do you do when you are finished with your boots mags only this is my first month and im finding i have collected loads already i am asking all you bootsers if you will stand with me and join a pact to ensure that we recycle all our used boots mags???

Thanks to the OP about this P&P set...SuperKeenMoneySaver Snr was so happy with it she told me to go back and get more lol!

I totally agree with you about the SAs in London Colney. I posted earlier in the thread how helpful they are. They're also keen for you to get a bargain and will help you get the best out of the various deals, coupons and vouchers that you have. :A
