Went searching in Wolverhampton and Birmingham yesterday.
No P&P sets in Wolverhampton, Boots in Bullring, small Boots in Newstreet and Newstreet station Boots but loads on a Mothers day display in the street with M&S on it is it High Street. No Q10 in Birmingham stores.
Interesting thing in Wolverhampton Boots in mall beginning with M they have loads of Q10 night cream looks like new packaging well its the same as the stuff seen everywhere else at full price but they have the £1.70 sign and the new full price and the 400 points sign all along side so very confusing. Admittedly the product is nearer to the full price sign so if you are brave could try to get it for £1.70. Had whole of family and grumpy daughter tutting at my point hunting so didn't even price enquire. Good luck anyone brave enough.0 -

Opened it just now and they've sent me a blood pressure monitor instead. Really unhappy as I brought the weekender set for my neice's 21st birthday present as her bf is taking her away and thought it would be good gift. None left as it was in the sale. ARRGGGHHHHH. Tried to phone them but they are closed now so will have to wait til morning. I want to cry
Just spoke to a really nice girl who couldn't apologise enough. They have no more in stock - she even called someone - told me to look on system just in case they have some returns. Gutted as I really wanted this for my niece. If anyone has one going spare please PM me. They have given me 750 points as gesture of goodwill but tbh I would have preferred the set! There are only two things a child will share willingly - communicable diseases and their mother's real age0 -
Thanks Pinkytots! The full-size serum makes it a really good bargain - no wonder there are none to be found!
My OH is starting to get worried about my addiction to this forum and Boots - yesterday I asked him 'do you want to watch Boots now?' instead of 'do you want to watch Lost?'! Guess my mind was just on more important things... :rotfl:0 -

Also how much will i get back for them in a exchange and will i lose my points. I have never done this before execpt for when i have took something back i got of boots.com. So am unsure how its works.
If the receipt has a bar code on it the till will definitely take all the points off including the promo ones so probably would cause some confusion because they'll have to work out how to give you the points on the exchanged item without the voucher. However some of the Olay range I think has money off now so without your receipt you would only get the reduced amount but presumably the exchanged item would be similarly reduced. On the old tills the reduced amount did not come up on the refunds so sometimes you could get back the full price for a reduced item.
There is also the problem of some of Boots staff thinking that skincare is cosmetics so excluded from returning anyway . I've had refusals as many times as they've accepted it with no problem. So quess unpredictable outcome whatever course you take.0 -
oh have they thanks for telling me, i would have looked, oh well thats ruined that one, do the fcuk ones still work? with the spend 20 quid and get free gift no 7 do i take up the free gift and they will just knock the price off? im so excited about shopping, dont know wat to buy tho to get the 5 voucher first? x
I've had problems with the FCUK £2 off vouchers - tried to get a shower foam and a body scrub and they wouldn't work - SA said it was cos the FCUK stuff was 1/3 off anyway at the moment, so "on offer". I think that's rubbish - and so did the Customer Services lady I spoke to on the 'phone when I got home, who said she would add the 400 points to my card(not quite the same as £4 in your pocket, I know, but better than nothing - espec. as I still have the vouchers!). Haven't been in store to check that my card points total has actually been updated yet tho! HTH0 -

Happy Birthday Dollardog. If you do see one of those Gucci Rush gift sets for £16.66 in store anywhere will you let me know.
I posted on here about .com and then told my mum, she wanted two but it was out of stock by the time I ordered:(
I have seen quite a lot of them about I'm sure. In fact after you had mentioned it, I spotted what I thought you had posted a picture of, and it was definitely Gucci Rush. If you would like me to get you any and you pay the postage, I could get them for you.0 -

Take them back and tell them you are allergic to it. Don't take the receipt, or your card, then the till won't know it is you and that you got the extra points.
Someone answered you earlier, if they are on a special offer at the moment, I would wait until they go back to full price before taking them back0 -
