Back to bed for me i think.

Does anyone know which pain relief (if any) i can get half price with the health club. We went white water rafting yesterday (fantastic), i bashed my finger it is so swollen but not broken (but very painful), the doctor said take paracetemol and iboprufen so i said to dh, will have to stock up in Boots!

Quite relieved actuallly - can give paypal a rest! and save some money!

Yes those two together are good, you could also try "solpadine", the soluble ones as they give those in hospitals following operations for pain relief although you can buy them over the counter if the boots has a pharmacy they work quickly to get to the pain

Ice packs - wont need health club for that, and elevate it
