Does that mean that all the times ive handed over about my vouchers and paid about five pounds towards my purschase for no7 i should have got a voucher back as before i handed any vouchers over it came to over ten pounds, that means ive missed out on about ten vouchers. Is there anything i can do about this

Well, I'd query it. As I just said, Boots staff seem to pursue their own little paths most of the time. Mine certainly handed one over for the above purchase. But if no-one else is getting vouchers in the same set of circumstances, then maybe it's my lady who was wrong?

The till is supposed to flag up when a voucher should be given, I think.

    Ok...it's late.....my head's not really working but I just had a thought

On the ACM today I was offered 300 points if I bought two or more P&P products...but couldn't think of a way to use this and benefit much. But coming home I wonder whether the following would have worked

    No. 7 High Lights - £10.25
    No7 P&P Glossy Locks Hair Spritz - £5.75
    No7 P&P Anti-Ageing Lip & Eye Screen - £5.75
    GWP

    Total shop value - £21.75

    Pay as follows
    250point voucher from previous GWP
    75point wys £10 ACM voucher
    300point wyb 2 P&P products
£10.25 High light voucher from mag
    £5 pink voucher

    Total to pay £6.50
    points added - 625

so.....25p for all that shopping....if it works.....will try it out tomorrow

Same here....never get a pink voucher unless the cash (or card) part of the transaction comes to over £10

last week I exchanged an item (worth over 10.00) and didn't get a voucher:confused: I've always been offered one in the past when exchanging stuff.

It's confusing isn't it? (I wish I hadn't have suggested what I had regarding lalamb's 2nd shop :o;) but that looked like an obvious £5 missed to me??) My oh's just said he doesn't always get a pink voucher back on a £20 spend  He always rounds everything up to £10 or £20

I'm off to bed lol. I've given myself and at least one other poster a headache :o Night everyone :)

Check that the Glossy Hair Spritz is classed as P&P hesjane.

    I'm off to find a darkened room :) x

Aww bless :) x And I hope OH is on the mend? x

All the Valentine stock in stores in Hull have been moved to the Mother's Day displays - even the one with the fluffy blindfold or whatever  lol.

No magazines in Prospect Centre, didn't spot any in Kingston Park. Loads in Kingswood & Beverley though, and P&P's in most of the stores.

The first thing I spotted was the Palmolive shower creme - on the clearance shelf at £1.24! so those of us that got some, still got a bargain ;)

I saw the Palmolive on it's normal shelf but marked clearance at £1.10 at the Harrow store!

Okay...last week I took the following to the tills...

No 7 body cream of some sort £10.50
    Illum Powder £10.25

    AND GWP

She scanned them through then I gave her the Illum powder voucher and a pink £5 off voucher. (And a points voucher, but lets ignore that.) She asked me for £5.50 in cash and then gave me a pink voucher back, as I'd "spent" £10.50...the voucher counts as cash in the Boots till, you see. (And because the Illum voucher also counts as cash, the till let me have the GWP too. )

Money off vouchers count as cash. So your total spend includes the voucher when there's a GWP or a reward such as a pink voucher.

I think you were lucky. The tills are programmed to offer a 5.00 No7 voucher on a 10.00+ cash (or card) spend only. I have never been given a voucher on a spend of under 10.00
  • Hi there my gorgeous fellow bootsers!:D i don't know if anyone will remember but last week i posted about a shop i had where the sa was being really awkward with my vouchers etc and that i lost out on 750pts because she wouldn't add any of my 250pts No7 vouchers manually!Plus here attitude was rotten:( Anyway after much thought and advise from here i decided to e-mail CS(only 2nd time ever!) so i got a phone call from them on Tues(i think:o) The lassie that called was really nice and was really apologetic about the whole situation and said that the sa was definatley in the wrong;) So for my inconvenince she sent me 3 x 500 points coupons to be manually added next time i'm instore:D(apparently there is problems with collecting at the acm at the moment:confused:
So guess where i'm going on Monday, i should've been by now but my back and my thyroid and both playing up just now:(
Haven't seen any of my fellow Aberdonians on here for a while!! Anyone from my way seen any Q10 or good clearance stuff lately??
    Sorry for the long post:o
    Luv ya's all
    Lynne xx

PS: Just thought i would add that in my local stores you don't get a pink voucher unless you hand over £10 or more in cash/card etc!! I think some people are just lucky:D(pity it's never me;))
    Thought for today:-
There comes a time in your life when you realise who matters, who used to matter and those that never did;)
:T Now facing my debts instead of hiding from them!:T

Thanks to everyone on here than has helped me through my darkest days!:D
