How are we meant to maintain 4.6+ when there are people like that around? Even offering free postage does not guarantee a 5* rating!
most of my items are free post, my DSR for P&P constantly hovers between 4.8 and 4.9
although that is really quite good, i do wonder sometimes!0 -
I paid for something 5 minutes ago & it hasn't been dispatched yet. I want my item dispatched today & in my hands tomorrow or I want a full refund & compensation.Winnings

i think soolin once mentioned she had a buyer who insisted that she sent item and only upon receiving it would they pay, they 'assured' her this was normal practise on ebay and how it should be done
i'm sure soolin will be along soon to confirm!0 -

Planet USA....or so it seems to me. Don't mean to be rude but if I have a problem it is usually from someone who has never heard of UK pounds, don't we all deal in USD and can't understand why I need to charge extra for posting overseas. Sometimes wonder why I put myself through all the stress.0 -

yep - I seem to attract the americans who believe worldwide extends as far as the next state. I've had 3 recently want to "mail me a check" or money order in US dollars, and don't seem to grasp what Sterling is - saving the best quote til last...

It aint just buyers who have the manners of swamp creatures!
My pet peeve is when I ask a seller a perfectly polite question and they respond giving a very blunt answer with no please, thanks nothing. I immediately lose interest, if they can't muster so much as a 'hi' it doesn't bode well for any future transactions..."I always pass on good advice. It is the only thing to do with it. It is never of any use to oneself" -Oscar Wilde0 -
I had the same with postage, charged a few pence over the stamp price and despatched same day if paid before 5pm as I live almost next door to the PO. My DSR went down to 4.8 and 4.7 so now I cover all my listing fees, paypal charges etc in the postage price and and send by second class, after nearly a thousand ratings my percentage hasn't changed one bit! And I found that 2nd class usually arrives next day too unless it is Christmas season!0
