I have a scroll wheel on the left side of my keyboard or is it the right side. Anyway I use it with my left hand. There's the wheel and at the top of it is a button to page up and below it is a button for page down. Everytime I scroll, it scrolls the page and brings up the windows help as if I'm some remedial incapable of using a computer. If you've read this far then you need a life. There is no point to this post at all. Just a rant about my stupid keyboard. Anyway when I scroll and the help comes up, I have to use my mouse to click the red cross to close it down. My mouse also has a scroll wheel on it that doesn't bring up the help page.

Moral of the story: Chinese whispers is no fun if you don't speak Chinese.

I have removed my Caps lock button because I hate it. The gap is now filled with crumbs

Could it be possible that your theory is correct? And that you aren't capable of using the computer thus need the help page

Which keyboard is it? It must be the drivers or application settings for the keyboard. Either putting them back to default and/or reinstalling the drivers for it should hopefully make it behave.

They're set to default. I've not changed any of the buttons. Tried reinstalling the drivers. That didn't work so I've just disabled it. I'll no doubt end up buying a new one when I spill lager on this so it's no problem. I'll just use the mouse.
