Sainsburys 3 energy saving lightbulbs for £1!

Hi,
Sorry if this is here alreadyI couldn't see it. I have been into Sainsburys today and they had philips energy saving lightbulbs 99p each or 3 for £1!! Max of 12 per customer so I picked up mine for my new house- it's the first thing I have let myself buy for it.
I don't know when it ends but it seemed like a good deal to me!!

Hi i think it is there are countless threads on energy saving bulbs but to be honest with you it's getting so boring now and i can't even be bothered to search for them anymore:)

No offence meant just pointing it out:)

By the way you can also get them for 4 for a quid in Morrison's and again that has be pointed out more than once before:)

No, don't hold back because one person is a bit bored of lightbulbs. Contrarily, I'm still quite excited by them and any deals are well worth knowing about.
    Can I help?

I agree, despite the mercury vapours, the dim light, and all the other anti-low energy bulb brigade, I love 'em, I have them every fitting in the house, even the desk lamp has a tube.

Keep the cheap deals coming! I am looking forward to new LED bulb replacements too...sad I know.

I have a low energy boiler, and want a wind turbine as my roof won't take solar panels. I am not a earth warrior, but I do think we need to learn to love the wind turbines, they look kind of sad and lonely on the bleak hill sides, like some sort of modern day Catherine Cookson novel. When Windmills were introduced, people of the time objected to them too, now people want to live in them!

I want a small low energy automatic car, but nothing works for me at the moment.

Is any one else keen on low energy?
My Mind wanders, if found please return.
