Morning all.... how's everyone doing today? I'm knackered already as started the day with 50 sit ups and 50 leg extensions plus about 50 squats... I ache already! Then again I did miss my body tone last night because of a wardrobe malfunction so had to make it up somehow! lol!

Well, I'm doing my finger exercises now!!! (about as energetic as I'm going to get today!)

Other than that, another late night. OH didn't get in from football until 11, he ate and then we had pancakes which were yum. I confess to buying them as I wasn't standing cooking them at nearly midnight!

Might make some more though today

Managed to pick up a small freebie overnight bag yesterday. Just the perfect size for a bottle of champagne, change of knickers and a toothbrush!! Ideal for any upcoming parties

I'm aching like mad too today. I was given a rather strange freebie but a very nice one a few weeks ago after a corporate gig I did. It's one of those i joy ride things which simulate horseriding. You sit on it and it wobbles about. Now I thought, come on, this is a bit like one of those wobble belt things that were oh so popular in the 80s, it won't do a thing. But I used it last night and today my hips and thighs are killing me, so I guess it does something other than make me look a prat

Sat in today while the water board are outside digging up the front garden trying to find where I have a leak Hope they manage to sort it cos god knows how long I have been paying for water that has been leaking away.

Sun's out for a change but the living room don't get any until later in the afternoon, so it's a bit chilly here at the moment.

oooh, Toto, they used them on Supersize v Superskinny the other week and it was very effective. 4 weeks of using it daily and the average loss was nearly 2 inches off the bum!

Feeling alot lighter today. I managed to stuff 8 pancakes down me last night :eek: . Well done IA for being so motivated. I'm catching up on all the work i've been sciving off this week and then i've got to apply for some more jobs
