In my favorites some unwanted links have appeared and i cannot for the life of me get rid of them. when i right click on them the only option i get is "close toolbar"
Yet when i go into favourites file, the links are not there? and also when i go into organize, the links are not there? I'm at my wits end as to how to delete them,
any help here would be great.
Thanks to those who reply

I downloaded spyware Doctor the other day as it was mentioned in another post:

One of the things is does is search your favorites for addresses associated with spyware - never seen that before
If you get it, make sure you fully update it first - I though I had updated it then it came back and said it had more updates a few minutes later.0 -
Thanks for your suggestions all,
finally managed to trace the rogue file by using the 'regedit' function, then boringly going through each file and i guessed it was the one called "nurb lies"
anyway deleted it and held my breath while i restarted pc....it worked!!!
