I joined last year and as I hadn't heard anything I emailed them last week. I've just got this reply:-

Thanks for the email.
We had intended for the next box to be delivered in Spring / April, but this won't be happening, unfortunately.
We’re rethinking some aspects of Matter including making boxes more relevant to people–rather than one box that goes to everyone. We believe the boxes will be better when they’re more relevant and so we’re adapting our publishing schedule to reflect this.
We’re working on the exact details right now and we’ll write to you to let you know when to expect it.
My apologies for any confusion, disappointment or inconvenience. Matter is new and we’re developing it as we go.
