I too found the blog relatively interesting but am a bit bemused that the guy's top beauty tip is "If you are a woman, dye your hair as blond as possible" ..... can you explain? facts please!
Well, he did attempt to explain it, but I thought it was still rather silly too.
  • I've got quite dry and sensitive skin and up until recently the only cream I could put on my face was Johnsons Baby Moisturiser - I've now discovered Siana anti-wrinkle cream and was amazed to discover that it made my skin feel nourished and moisturised - the pot lasts for ages too !

Just been out and bought the night cream today and used it for the first time tonight.
  • I found the night cream pretty good but the day cream and I didnt get along! I found it very strongly perfumed and made me itch and blotch within two days. Oh well, least it was cheap!
  • Any updates on the availability of the Siana creams at Aldi please?

Everytime I've been in different branches lately(Yorkshire area) it's been fully stocked with a banner above mentioning How To Look Good Naked.
  • Just FYI, I found the night version much better than the day version.

Usually night creams are heavier than day creams but in this case it's the day cream that feel much more oily to me and was definitely causing spots (I bought it first as I hoped it will be lighter than the night version). I found it very greasy on my combination skin though and it definitely brought me out in spots - yuck!

I got the night version and it is definitely lighter and milder, also the smell is milder - I believe that the day version contains alcohol and the night one does not. Day cream's smell is similar but much sharper.

The explanation might be that the day cream contains sun filters and they usually make creams heavier and richer. I don't know why they have alcohol there?

Anyway, if you have problems with these creams, try using night cream exclusively and see if it helps! Myself I'm very happy with it now and the day cream is being used as hand treatment where it works very well. I am not putting it on my face again though!!

I totally agree with u. I use the night creme and I think its good for value. The day creme SPF is too low for protection and I also only use it as hand creme and I think its too oily too.:o
  • I've used loads and loads of different moisturisers over the years and have finally found one that suits my skin. The fact that it is such good value too is a great bonus.
My skin is quite sensitive, prone to redness and spots on chin (I'm 41). This cream, which I've used for several months now, leave my skin soft and nourished.
I can't say it would suit everybody - because not everyone's skin is the same - but as the price is so reasonable it is worth trying.
Ageing is inevitable - maturing is optional :p
