Yeah my advice to all is if you have sensitive skin ..dont use this siana cos it can cause an reaction...like it did to mine after I tested it for 1 week>>>
  • I've had a really, really bad reaction of spots.

Felt like a teenager again for all the wrong reasons!

now seeking recommendations for a face cream for sore and sensitive skin.

Why would a cream react so badly?

I didnt think I had sensitive skin but the same thing has happened to me. I will now stop using it. I was using the day one at nighttime (it is quite rich and they had run out of the nighttime one when I bought it). Hmm, dont know whether to pass it on to teenage daughter now - she doesnt get spots whereas I still do. T'aint right, menopausal with teenage spots.

I bought this cream (day cream) last week, used it for one day and then my whole face and neck came out in a rash. I looked at the ingredients and realised that it contains Q10. This ingredient was also in a Nivea face cream I used a few years' ago and gave me the same rash. By the way, I am not allergic to anything, have never had skin problems of any kind and have never had any other allergic reactions/rashes. Makes you wonder what this Q10 is, doesn't it; ie it may lessen your wrinkles, but what other things does it do to you? I'm going back to my much more expensive NATURAL face creams from Neal's Yard.

this happened to me too had to stop using it after a couple of days

i suffer with eczema and have very very sensitive skin but i have found this cream to be great. no outbreak of spots, no excess greasiness or anything. I say if you are unsure just give it a go and see for yourself. ive been using it for quite a few months now too.

    I'm 30 this year !!!!!!.

Think I'm gonna go back to Weleda skin food.

Still to find a decent daycream which doesn't leave my shiney-nosed by 11am.

...and sadly, that's exactly how companies like Clarins can get away with charging such over-inflated prices- because people are willing to pay them!!!!

I've had a rant about this in a thread I started over on the health and beauty board: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=843425
