Thanks I'll have to give them a call about DVD points, although gift subscription did not start until 5 Jan so maybe I will give then until next week and then call.

Help please!

Is there a way of knowing what points have been added for what? I know my total but not what they are added for so don't know what has and what has not been added. I suspect my pre xmas wine 1000 points aren't on yet.

Also does anyone know when are Tesco credit card points added?

Bought some stuff from Tescos groceries on Wednesday last week when a user passed on a Tescos code on MSE for a £10 voucher (no minimum spend).

I went online and bought some items worth £8 (so the total amount came to £0.00).

However when i looked at my bank statement 2 days later i noticed that i got charged £8.

I emailed Tescos who then replied back saying:

"Unfortunately i cannot refund this payment back, as all our vouchers
have a spend limit as you will be able to find on the terms and
conditions."


What can i do about this matter?

You can check if the voucher was shown as valid on the order form and/or call customer service. You might be lucky.

Can't agree that Tesco's ripped you off :rolleyes: It is always best to spend more than the value of the money off voucher other wise Tesco's may think you are taking the michael
