So is putting something between your thighs and squeezing on it.

    More fun too...

    Allegedly.

So if you do that, whilst wearing high heels, it's very good for you.. must give it a try... :A

oh this is all way too energetic for me, I can't think about sex lives with or without heels today :)

It's probably the dumbest idea I've had in a while but I've started doing slim fast. I was going to do cambridge diet but at £40 a week I'm too tight for that, so I figured calories in calories out and all of that, by having slimfast in the same way as cambridge (nothing but 3 shakes a day) it was much the same thing. Only, I feel a bit shakey already :) I'm starving, been up for 76 hours and my head feels a bit fuzzy.

Oh well, I'll give it a shot, only don't expect any sense out of me today (not that you ever do :D )

    This is not sustainable.

Get some real food, and some real sleep. :naughty:

Toto. go and get some sleep for a start, i doubt it is the slimfast making you feel like that, more like exhaustion!!!

In anycase, i don't think you need to slim, do you? Fast-ly or otherwise!

    I was being ironic ;)

but no, you aren't thick :)

    Keren, you wanna bet!!!!?

Irony, it just doesn't work with people like me! i don't think i'm smart enough for it!

Good luck with the application anyway! Given the fact that you were practically headhunted to apply by the tutor, then i say you're a sure thing! (in a nice way!!)

Re the NHS institutionalised thing from earlier, i can so relate to that, i was 5+ years in the NHS and it does get into your head.... mind you can't say what i'm doing now is as varied/stimulating etc. Plus there are some fab people in the nhs too (and some nutters!!!!), not to mention the public/patients can be good and bad too. Private sector work can be very insular i think and i miss that contact with all sorts of people.

Listen to me, going on again! I really must think anyone is interested in my ramblings!!!

Yeah I know I need some sleep but I just can't. I need to stay up until the band have played tonight which is about 10. I'll be alright, I'm pretty good at long stretches of awakeness ;) comes with the job.

As for the slimfast, well, it's sitting here in the cupboard and I honestly could do with shifting a stone and a bit that's been lingering for a year. I was very tempted to do Cambridge, but looking into it, it's really just 3 shakes a day so I can't see the point in spending 40 quid a week on it. I'll give it a go for a few days and see how i get on. I'm sure sitting here looking at a mega sized fruit and nut toblerone isn't helping the cause:rotfl:

Just popped out and back again! Hand delivered the completed teaching course form and also handed in my CV for a job in a nearby school, weirdly next door to the car park where I used to park when I used to work at the hospital. Odd doing the old 'work run' again.

The NHS has some fabulously hard working dedicated people in it. Sadly, lots of them have their good nature taken advantage of :(

It can wait a while longer then. You need to heal - no faddy diets. Good, wholesome food and a lot of protein to make new bits for you.

Go eat some proper food, not chocolates or milk shakes.
