Well done Andrew. It should all be very speedily processed and your DDs on their way before the 1st; but as boredofbeingathome says, ring A&L and get the clarification you need in order to give you peace of mind. How far into the contract are you on the mobile? Could you swap to PAYG and reach an agreement with the Mobile Network to clear the bill gradually??0 -

Can you pay less on some of those? Nearly £400+ is a massive shortfall to find in a month, don't think it's possible unless you have some very high value items you can sell.No longer using this account for new posts from 20130

Hi Andrew, you need to ring up your creditors and offer lower payments for about three months. Now the difficulty here is going to be that you back it up with your soa's- you have a ltd income coming in. Don't be tempted to add on extra money which you have not yet earned, state it as is. Work out how much you need for your transport and food, lodgings etc. how much to pay back your friend and offer the payments on pro rata between them. Put it to them reasonably and if you dont wish to talk to them draw up a letter and post it asap. state on letter thats how you prefer correspondence as vitually impossible to get hold of you at moment due to restricted lab conditions on campus and uncertainty of message system.I think its going to be the only way at moment. Usually after three months they will revue and be aware you will accrue interest whilst this is going on. Hope it helps as i dont think you need the added pressure of extra repayments when you havent got the cash.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
