Went into the hali and OP'd another £306 today - mostly birthday/christmas money. that's over 10% of the target for this year and considerably less than the target if i'm going to be mf by 50. will op anything else left in my current account at the end of the month.
went to look if dh was at work (from a safe distance) as am unsure if he's still in the country and i have told the solicitor to serve papers at work as i don't have an address. needless to say he wasn't there, but could have been on a different shift.
might have to go and take another peek later.

Have you checked with your solicitor re your house - if he has any claim whatsoever continuing to OP could theoretically be adding value which he would be looking for a portion of ???? Better to "salt" it away??

The solicitor seemed to think if he gets anything, it would be a couple of grand cash. I'm going to do everything i can to stop him having anything. he 'stole' £620 from me the night he assaulted me by forcing him to buy a flight. i don't think he deserves another penny out of me. the marriage was so short too, that she seemed to think he wouldn't have much of a claim.
